Review how CryptoStone handles wallet, blockchain, usage, support, security, and protocol activity information.
Trust Documents
This Privacy Policy explains how CryptoStone collects, uses, stores, shares, and protects information when you use cryptostone.org, connect a wallet, interact with STONX, GEMS NFTs, Mining, Claim, Refinery, Marketplace, Arena, documentation, APIs, and related services.
CryptoStone is non-custodial and does not ask for seed phrases, private keys, or wallet recovery phrases.
Wallet addresses, transaction hashes, NFT ownership, smart contract events, and some Arena or Marketplace records may be public blockchain or public protocol data.
We use limited off-chain data to operate the site, monitor wallet transaction status, prevent abuse, secure the platform, and provide support.
You can request access, correction, deletion, or other privacy rights where applicable law provides those rights.
Section
This Policy applies to information processed by CryptoStone through the website, dashboard, APIs, wallet workflows, transaction monitors, indexers, database records, support channels, and related services.
Public blockchains are independent networks. Information written to a blockchain is public, replicated, and may be impossible to delete or change. This Policy does not control third-party wallets, block explorers, DEXs, NFT marketplaces, RPC providers, analytics tools, IPFS gateways, or other external services.
Section
Section
CryptoStone does not request or intentionally collect seed phrases, private keys, wallet recovery phrases, full payment card numbers, government ID numbers, biometric identifiers, precise geolocation, or sensitive personal information unless a future feature clearly requests such information and explains why.
Do not send seed phrases, private keys, or unnecessary sensitive information through support, chat, forms, social media, or any other channel.

Where data protection law requires a legal basis, we process personal information based on one or more of the following: performance of a contract, legitimate interests, consent, compliance with legal obligations, and protection of rights, safety, and security.
Examples include using wallet session data to provide requested services, using security logs to protect the platform, using consent-based settings where required, and retaining records where law or dispute handling requires it.
Section
Wallet addresses, token balances, transaction hashes, NFT metadata, NFT ownership, contract events, Marketplace events, and other on-chain activity may be visible to anyone and may be indexed by third parties.
Because blockchain data is public and decentralized, CryptoStone cannot delete, anonymize, or modify information that has already been written to a blockchain by you, a smart contract, or another network participant.
Section
CryptoStone may use cookies, local storage, session storage, and similar browser technologies to remember language preference, wallet session state, pending transaction status, UI preferences, and security-related state.
You can usually clear or block these technologies in your browser. Clearing them may disconnect wallet state, reset pending process displays, or require you to reconnect or repeat certain steps.
Section
Section
CryptoStone does not sell personal information for money. We also do not intentionally share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as part of the current platform design.
If future features introduce advertising, analytics, or data sharing that triggers opt-out rights under applicable law, we will update this Policy and provide required controls.
Section
We retain off-chain information for as long as reasonably needed to operate CryptoStone, maintain transaction and protocol records, provide support, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, comply with law, and enforce our Terms.
Retention periods vary by data type. Browser local storage remains on your device until cleared by you or the application. Blockchain data may remain publicly available indefinitely.
Section
We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect off-chain information. These may include access controls, encrypted transport, monitoring, backups, logging, separation of duties, and least-privilege operational practices.
No system can be guaranteed completely secure. You are responsible for securing your wallet, device, browser, email, and recovery credentials.
Section
CryptoStone may be accessed globally, and information may be processed in countries other than where you live. Those countries may have different data protection laws.
Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards, contractual protections, legal bases, or other transfer mechanisms to process personal information across borders.
Section
Depending on your location, you may have rights to request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, objection, withdrawal of consent, or information about how personal information is processed.
Some requests may be limited where information is public blockchain data, necessary for security, needed for legal compliance, required to complete a transaction, or retained in legitimate business records.
Section
CryptoStone is not intended for children under 13 and is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children. Users must also meet the age and eligibility requirements in the Terms of Use.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to CryptoStone, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.
Section
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on CryptoStone with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means the updated Policy applies to your use of the platform.
