Review the operating terms for CryptoStone wallet, token, NFT, Mining, Marketplace, Refinery, and Arena features.
Trust Documents
These Terms govern access to and use of CryptoStone, including cryptostone.org, the CryptoStone dashboard, wallet connection tools, STONX utility flows, GEMS NFT features, Mining, Claim, Refinery, Marketplace, Arena, documentation, APIs, and related services.
CryptoStone is a non-custodial Web3 platform. You control your wallet, private keys, signatures, and blockchain transactions.
STONX and GEMS are digital protocol assets. They are not deposits, securities, investment contracts, or claims to physical gemstones.
Blockchain transactions may be irreversible. Review wallet requests, gas fees, burn costs, listings, and Arena actions before confirming.
Use of the platform is subject to eligibility, fair-use, anti-abuse, and applicable law requirements.
Section
By accessing CryptoStone or connecting a wallet, you agree to these Terms and any feature-specific terms shown in the interface. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.
If you use CryptoStone on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization. In that case, "you" includes both you and the organization.
Section
You must be at least 18 years old, legally capable of entering into these Terms, and permitted to use digital asset and blockchain services in your jurisdiction.
You may not use CryptoStone if you are subject to sanctions, located in a jurisdiction where the platform or relevant digital asset activity is prohibited, or using the platform for unlawful, deceptive, manipulative, or abusive conduct.
Section
CryptoStone does not custody your private keys, seed phrase, wallet credentials, STONX, GEMS NFTs, or other assets. Wallet actions are initiated through third-party wallet software such as MetaMask.
You are responsible for wallet security, device security, transaction review, and confirming that the connected network and wallet address are correct.
Section
Transactions submitted through CryptoStone may involve smart contracts, gas fees, token transfers, NFT transfers, token burns, NFT burns, metadata updates, marketplace listings, or Arena entry and reward flows.
Once broadcast and confirmed, blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. CryptoStone cannot reverse network confirmations, refund gas fees, recover assets sent to the wrong address, or undo actions that a smart contract has already executed.
Section
STONX is designed as a utility resource for CryptoStone protocol activity, including Mining participation, GEMS claim and refinement flows, Marketplace settlement, Arena entry, and other ecosystem features shown by the platform.
STONX is not represented as an investment, security, deposit, debt instrument, share, or right to profit. CryptoStone does not guarantee market value, liquidity, exchange availability, future utility, or any economic return.
Section
GEMS are digital NFT collectibles and protocol objects. They may include attributes such as stone type, rarity, weight, color, clarity, cut, generation, media, metadata, and ownership history.
GEMS do not create ownership of, redemption rights to, or claims against physical gemstones. Metadata, media, rarity displays, marketplace previews, and third-party indexing may depend on APIs, IPFS gateways, blockchain indexers, NFT marketplaces, and other infrastructure.
Section
Mining participation, Proof of Mining, claim eligibility, burn requirements, refinement rules, rarity outcomes, and metadata finalization are governed by the applicable smart contracts and protocol parameters shown in the interface.
Claim and Refinery actions may require STONX burns, NFT burns, gas fees, randomization, metadata generation, watcher processing, and external indexing. Burns and confirmed mint actions are final unless the applicable smart contract itself provides a remedy.
Section
The CryptoStone Marketplace may allow users to list, buy, sell, transfer, or view GEMS NFTs using STONX or other supported settlement flows. Listing an NFT does not guarantee sale, liquidity, floor price, buyer demand, or marketplace availability.
You are responsible for listing price, approvals, transaction review, royalties or fees shown in the interface, taxes, and compliance with applicable laws. Marketplace records may be public and may be indexed by third parties.
Section
Arena is a digital competitive game environment within CryptoStone. Arena may include table entry, score records, room state, match history, entry fees, DAO or treasury allocations, reward withdrawal, and anti-abuse controls.
Arena is not offered as a gambling service, casino, sportsbook, or promise of financial return. You may not participate where the Arena mode, entry fee model, rewards, or digital asset activity is restricted or prohibited by local law.
CryptoStone may reject, delay, reverse off-chain score credit, suspend access, or disqualify results where there is evidence of collusion, automation, exploit use, multi-account abuse, manipulation, or technical failure.
Section
You are responsible for all gas fees, wallet fees, bridge or exchange fees, token burn costs, marketplace fees, Arena fees, taxes, and other charges associated with your activity.
CryptoStone does not provide tax, accounting, investment, or legal advice. You are responsible for determining and paying any taxes or reporting obligations that apply to your transactions.
Section
CryptoStone may link to, integrate with, or display information from third-party wallets, RPC providers, block explorers, DEX interfaces, IPFS gateways, NFT marketplaces, analytics tools, hosting providers, and other services.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. CryptoStone is not responsible for third-party downtime, wallet behavior, transaction delays, indexing errors, pricing data, or external marketplace decisions.
Section
Section
CryptoStone owns or licenses the platform interface, branding, documentation, artwork, software, text, graphics, game UI, and other protected materials, except for user-owned wallet assets and third-party materials.
Your ownership of an NFT does not automatically grant rights to CryptoStone trademarks, source code, website design, protocol documentation, or commercial use of platform branding unless expressly stated in a separate license.
Section
CryptoStone may update, suspend, restrict, or discontinue features for security, maintenance, legal compliance, protocol upgrades, abuse prevention, or operational reasons.
We may block or limit access to the interface, APIs, Arena rooms, Marketplace actions, or account-linked features if we reasonably believe use violates these Terms, threatens platform integrity, or creates legal or security risk.
Section
CryptoStone is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, non-infringement, uninterrupted operation, error-free operation, and expected economic outcome.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CryptoStone will not be liable for lost profits, loss of assets, loss of data, loss of goodwill, business interruption, transaction failure, wallet compromise, smart contract risk, network congestion, third-party downtime, or indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages.
Section
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on CryptoStone with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the updated Terms.
The governing law, venue, and dispute process may be supplemented by the operating entity's official legal notice or a later entity-specific policy. Until then, disputes will be handled by courts or dispute bodies with competent jurisdiction over the operator and the relevant user activity.
