Goal

Connect wallet safely and keep the process visible.

Before you start

Install MetaMask.
Keep ETH for gas on Sepolia.
Use the same wallet across browser and MetaMask app.

Follow the steps

Step-by-step flow

Step 1

1. Open wallet menu

Start from the disconnected wallet button in the top bar. After connecting, the wallet status turns green. Click the wallet or network status if Sepolia needs to be selected.

Check

Connect the expected wallet.
Confirm the status turns green.
Network should be Sepolia.

Step 2

2. Confirm in MetaMask

Review the request, gas fee, and contract name. Tap Confirm only if the details match the action.

Check

Do not share seed phrase.
Never confirm unknown requests.

Step 3

3. Wait for status

Confirmation may take a little time to appear. After confirming in MetaMask and returning to this app, processing usually completes within a few seconds.

Check

Keep the page open if possible.
Use Status Check if the modal keeps waiting.

Step 4

4. Check network and recover

When the wallet is connected, use the wallet or network status to confirm Sepolia. If the wallet returns null or the request is rejected, cancel and retry.

Check

Green wallet status means connected.
Use Sepolia before protocol actions.
Retry only after cancel or unknown status.

MetaMask opens slowly

Wait for the confirmation screen. Mobile requests can take a little time.

Return to CryptoStone and press Status Check. Retry only if the request is unknown or cancelled.

Switch to Sepolia from MetaMask or the wallet menu.
