Refinery Grade Logic
Base rarity = higher rarity of parent A and parent B
Tier gap = absolute difference between parent rarities
Adjusted upgrade chance = base upgrade chance x tier gap modifier
Reduced upgrade chance is added back to the same-rarity outcome
